About Us

About Us

Linux Accra User Group (L.A.U.G) is a community of people from different walks of life, passionate about Linux as well as free and open source software right here here in Accra, Ghana. We meet weekly for tutorial sessions on Linux, various open source software, listen to different people's experiences with Linux and Open Source Software and new applications.

Every September, we join in the celebration of Software Freedom Day, an annual worldwide celebration of Free Software and Open Source Software. The goal of the celebration is to help educate the public about its benefits, be it government, homes or businesses.

Join us in this year's celebration!
